Halloween-themed discounts are available in many stores and El Corte Ingles “8 Golden Days” promo now on until 8 Nov with discounts in most departments.

Xiaomi week at Worten, up to 25% off a selection of smartphones. Also discount equivalent to sales tax on Amazfit smartwatches.
Lenovo ThinkPad 26% discount this week and screens up to 20% off.
Samsung Fest at Phone House with up to 35% off until 30 Oct.
